UDAS Upper Deeside Art Society

UDAS is the Upper Deeside Art Society founded in 1992 by a small group of enthusiasts from the Ballater area. Since then the Society has expanded and  now has over a hundred members from postal areas AB31, AB34, AB35 and AB36.

The aim of the Society has been to encourage  an interest in art and provide opportunities to practice and exhibit art on Deeside. It is a lively society with members working in an ever- widening range of media  including painting, drawing, printing, wood and textiles.
Artists at all stages welcome as the Society offers a regular programme of talks, demonstrations, workshops and visits. Most importantly it offers the chance to meet other fellow artists on a friendly and informal basis.
